Bart Rowe

Bart Rowe brings to MDC more than 36 years of accounting and financial management experience.

Serving as the Chief Financial Officer, Bart is directly responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations at MDC to help guide internal decisions and maintain business efficiency.

Bart’s natural ability to solve complex problems along with his genuine dedication for helping others is easily seen in both his quality of work and daily interactions with clients and employees. He believes in treating every interaction with the mindset that “At the end of the day people won’t remember what you said or did, they will remember how you made them feel”.

Prior to joining MDC in 2016, Bart worked at Dewberry as a Corporate Controller. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for multiple government contractors and technology integrators.

Bart holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland. Outside of work he enjoys spending time outdoors and living an active lifestyle.
