Tony Azar

Antoine (Tony) Azar is a senior executive and industry thought leader with over 25 years of experience within the federal government space, including Defense, Federal Civilian, Healthcare, and Homeland Security markets.

Serving as MDC’s Chief Operating Officer, Tony has a direct focus on the strategic planning, corporate operations, and business growth. With a proven track record of managing growth, customer relations, and program execution, Tony has a demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage diverse teams of professionals.

He is highly skilled in all aspects of P&L management including M&A, Leadership, Strategy, Operations, Customer Care, Business Development, Capture, Contracts, Finance, Human Resources, and Delivery. His established vision for executing focused strategies allows him to effectively achieve business goals.

Throughout his professional background, Tony has served in multiple executive positions including that of Vice President, Civilian Solutions at General Dynamics Information Technology, Vice President and General Manager, Civilian and Healthcare IT Programs, for Harris IT Services, and Senior Vice President, Operations, for SCI Consulting Services.

Prior to joining MDC, Tony served as Senior Vice President, Health at CACI and was responsible for leading the company’s growth and delivery in its Health market.

Over the years, Tony has been the recipient of multiple special recognition awards and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from West Chester University.
