Cara Campbell

Cara Campbell is a highly accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience supporting organizations committed to carrying out the missions of our nation’s defense and intelligence communities.

Serving as MDC’s Vice President of Human Resources, Cara brings to MDC a unique understanding of the challenges facing the federal contractor workforce with a track record of building award winning, employee centric organizations.

Cara was provided an early foundation for business success as she worked alongside other women entrepreneurs in the information technology federal contracting field. She attained business acumen within many functional areas including Bid and Proposal, Contracts, Client Relations, Compliance, and Strategy but her true passion lies with People Operations. Prior to joining MDC, Cara served as President of DataSync Technologies for over 15 years, an IT company specializing in meeting the business intelligence and data analytics needs of its customers.

Cara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Mary Washington College and is a Society of Human Resource Management, Certified Professional.
